Swimming (Individual/Group/Events)


Group Classes – Beginner level
The best way to start learning swimming is to be in a group. Group classes assist in overcoming fear of water, and allows you to explore your breathing technique steadily.


Whatever the reason why u choose to learn swimming – for fitness, safety/survivor, enroute to scuba diving, or just enjoy some sun & sea, group classes are a great way to begin. You will have the opportunity to interact with others, although always supervised by our coach.


Basic styles are taught in our beginner class: 

Frontcrawl (freestyle)
Breaststroke (frogstyle)


Your coach will assess and teach you the style which can get you to start swimming faster. You can also give input to your coach what you wish to learn first. 

For other techniques such as treading water, butterfly style or backstroke, you will need to take up private lessons.


14 years old onwards
Maximum ration of 1: 10 coach: students at every lesson
45 – 60mins per lesson
10 consecutive weeks
Both male/female participants in this class


Private lessons
For students who need special timings, or require special instruction on technique such as treading water, butterfly style or backstroke style, or prefer individual one-on-one instruction, private lessons are an option. 


On your first lesson, do highlight to your coach what you might want to achieve at the end of the programme. Our coach are trained and skilled in making your learning experience is smooth and comfortable.


Private lessons are booked at a minimum of 6 lessons each time. The same instructor will be assigned to you per booking in order for instructor to follow up on your progress the next lesson.
