Coach Razif has more than 15 years coaching experience under his belt. Being part of the National Youth Development structure in Singapore, he is working with the National Junior Centre of Excellence programmes in developing the best young talent in Singapore, from ages 10 to 13 years old. He strongly believes in self-improvement and as such, is currently pursuing his coach education further and plans to complete his UEFA B course in Ireland.

Coach Razif has a proven ability to develop players and build high performing teams while working in line with set development strategies, team objectives and available resources. With a personal philosophy based on developing individual players technically, tactically and physically within the team, he utilises individualised coaching programs, game related training sessions and the establishment of a holistic learning environment to produce highly skilled and professionally disciplined players. Coach Razif is a certified First Aider.

Coach Dave comes to MOF Academy with an extensive background playing and coaching football. He represented Singapore in the Centre of Excellence (COE) and the U16 National teams. Dave is currently the Head Coach of an established primary school and is also coaching in an European Soccer School here in Singapore – recently leading the U12 team to a first runner-up position in an international Championship.

Coach Dave is a strong advocate of quality development of the child and believes in grooming youth players as a team and for them to understand their team mates both on and off the field. One of his key coaching methods is through guide discovery – creating thinking players who support one another and to build trust among themselves.

Coach Ramesh is extremely passionate about coaching our youths, especially those from the ages of 3 to 12 years old. He has experience in coaching both boys and girls and have led his U6, U8, U10, U12 teams to various local competitions held in Singapore. A certified First Aider, he takes additional care and attention to our players’ safety and health.

Coach Ramesh ensures that kids have fun and enjoy throughout their training with no added pressure to impress. He guides the player’s learning curve through fun development, exploration and discovery; and the application of techniques utilizing real-life situations. He believes strongly in instilling proper or gracious sportsmanship values or behaviour at early stage of the game for young players.
